Archaic Eden takes place in the Dome. A dome-like structure that sits at the bottom of the ocean. Hovering against the glass of the dome is a light-source that acts as the sun, although artificial it is just as effective as the above-water sun. It travels across the expanse of the glass, going from east to west just as the sun would.

The centre of the dome is known as alpha, it is green and lush. The outer circle is known as Beta, it is a little bit less lush and bit more rocky. The outer ring of the Dome is known as Gamma and our characters can no longer access this section as the pass through the mountain is blocked.

Every four real-time months is a year, this makes the roleplay quite fast-paced here. How your characters age is up to you.

This means the season changes at the end of every month.
