Registration and Creation

1.We permit any and all kinds of characters, from humanoids to wolves and dragons. You can create whatever type of character you wish.
2.Register using your character's name only, this can be full name or calling name.
3.Symbols in usernames are reserved for faction leaders and staff.
4.We are an account per character site. This means that for each character you should have an account, any in character posts for this character should be made with this account.
5.OOC accounts are permitted, but each player is limited to one.

In Character

1.We are a site that accepts all kinds of roleplayers, due to this we do have a word count of 100 words per in character post.
2.When registering you will be asked what your roleplaying level is, here is an outline of the levels:

Beginner You are new to roleplay, never having roleplayed before. It's sometimes difficult for you to reach the 100 word mark. Or you are new to English and you are just learning the language.
Semi-Literate You have been roleplaying for a while, yet you still make some mistakes. Meeting the 100 word mark is easier than it was before.
Literate You have no problem reaching a 100 word mark, your spelling and grammar is really good.
Advanced Your roleplay posts average on at least 500 words each time, even if you are not aiming for it. You use complex words. You have really developed your own style of writing.

3.General Roleplay etiquette applies:
a.No Godmodding (creating all-powerful characters who cannot be defeated in combat) b.No Powerplay (Controlling other characters without their permission, including their reactions) c.No Metagaming (Your character has knowledge he could not possibly have learnt in character, for example that one faction will attack another, or in fights knowing how another character will move)
(A note for beginners: We are lenient and aware that you are still learning, should this happen you will receive a warning and be asked to correct your post.)
4.Please be aware that what occurs in roleplay should stay in roleplay, should another character be nasty to your character it does not mean that the roleplayer dislikes you. It simply means the character is an ass. Do not take what happens in roleplay with nasty characters as a personal affront.

Out of Character

1.Harassment, bullying and other similar actions will not be tolerated. We aim to create a friendly and fun place for all to play.
2.We expect all members to conduct themselves in a civil and courteous manner, if you are in a bad mood you can talk about it. By all means vent. But do not take it out on other players. (Create a grumpy character to take it out on other characters rather if that works for you).
3.We kindly request that you do not spam, spamming is not necessarily creating hundreds of posts. But creating hundreds of useless posts with nothing in them. Hundreds of useless replies. Remember you can edit posts that you have already created.
4.Post order, unless otherwise stated, is to be followed. So should Jack post, then Sally then Ben, Ben will have to wait until Jack and then Sally posts before he can reply.
5.In general, event threads have no post order. Combat threads require on reply per round, other threads you can post whenever as long as the point of the event thread happens.
6.Solo threads, for training and whatnot, need to be at least 500 words.
7.The report button can be used to report anyone who breaks rules, in character and out of character. Alternatively you can also PM a staff member. We have a limited staff amount and we cannot scan every thread as we are only human, so we may miss something.
8.Make sure your posts are legible with easy-to-read font.

Breeding

1.Only characters who have the fertility perk can breed.
2.Characters without the fertility perk need to create a post in Younger's Meadow and apply for offspring in the maintenance board. An event account will then respond to the thread, stating whether or not their application for offspring has been approved and what offspring they have.
3.Regardless of whether a character has offspring naturally or goes to younger's meadow there are some requirements for having offspring:
a.Four IC threads with their partner.
b.A Charisma rating of at least 50.
c.Each parents needs to have been an active character for at least three months.
4.The breeding rules are in place so that the forum is not flooded with new life simply for the parents to go inactive and leave the offspring alone.
5.How to get the Fertility Perk
a.A random roll when your character is created. A 10-sided dice will be rolled, you pick a number from 1-10 and if the dice lands on that number your character gains the fertility perk.
b.Buying it from the shop.
c.Obtaining it from random events.
d.Prizes in competitions
6.All breeding should be fade-to-black and non-graphic.
7.Forced breeding is only permitted if all players consent.

Fighting

1.As the site is PG-13, we request that fighting is not too gory...etc. Use your digression when doing this.
2.There are regulated fights and unregulated fights, regulated fights have a staff member judging each round and have a pre-determined number of rounds. Unregulated fights are fights that are not judged by staff, but by the roleplayers.
3.Regulated fights use 6-sided dice rolls to determine outcomes:

4.Characters can only be killed with prior permission.
5.Faction leaders have 1 IC month of immunity before others can challenge them for leadership.
