Alpha

Wanderer's Marsh

Towering trees with large roots cover this wet and soggy land, it is quite near impossible to keep one's feet dry as they traverse this dangerous place. Occasionally a thick fog covers the land, making even seeing impossible. This land is not affected by the seasons, always being hot and humid. Mosquitoes buzz around, prying on any exposed flesh and alligators float like logs in the water. The only sanctuary in this place are the occasional hollowed-out trees. Large enough to be homes for two or more. Near the Eastern side there is a large waterfall that tumbles off of the hallowed cliffs into a small lake below. The water disperses amongst the marsh, but where the waterfall is the water is somewhat deeper. If one were to look behind the waterfall one would find a cave.

Younger's Meadow

A green and beautiful meadow, filled with many different plants that can be used for many different purposes. The rolling land gives way to hills and the occasional tree for shade, this land is where the offspring creator is. A great marble structure with no entrance, offspring will normally appear outside of the structure and hopeful couples can adopt them.

Upkeep's Forest

A forest made up of many varieties of trees claims the northern part of the land, tall tower birches and pines provide enough shade to keep one out of the sun. In summer the forest is covered in a green glow from the sunlight above while winter makes it a wonderland of drifts of snow and empty branches. One may find the occasional evergreen which adds to the beauty of the wonderland.

Araanol Lake

With the Beta Mountains as a backdrop the Araanol lake is beautiful and pristine. The eastern side, near the mountains, is a little bit more rocky than the western side but still just as beautiful. The eastern side offers a few dens, with small streams running through them and beautiful morning views out onto the lake. The western side is bordered by Upkeep's forest and some of the trees make their way right up to the water. This is the area to come if you are looking for Whiler trees as it is the only place in the dome that they grow.

Beta

Beta Mountains

The Beta Mountains surround almost the entirety of Alpha, snow-capped peaks provide a beutiful backdrop that can been seen from almost all of the lands. There is a mountain pass that cuts through the mountains to the north, allowing creatures passage to the gamma section, yet exploring the mountains themselves may provide to be much more fun.

Hallowed Cliffs

Towering over the wonder's marsh is a great cliff, from atop the cliff one can see the whole of the marsh. From the bottom the cliff cannot be climbed, but should one find a way through the Beta mountains one may just become lucky enough to be blessed with the view from the top of the cliff. A great river flows through the land, cascading over the cliff and into the marsh, yet it is shallow enough to walk across and clear enough to see all the little stones and pebbles that line it. This entire area seems to be made of stone, with very little vegetation.

Hot Springs

Near the southern side of the Beta section, enclosed by cliffs and stone, one will find an area loved by healers. Stone baths of different sizes cover the area, all steaming and filled with water that ranges from boiling point to luke warm. The pools are surround by bioluminescent algae that gives the area a beautiful glow at night. A large overhanging rock covers the area from the outside elements, yet light still comes in from the sides.

Cave System

This area has no unique name as it snakes through the whole of the Beta Mountains, entering it can be quite dangerous yet also exciting as one may never know where one may end up. There are caverns of crystals and others of fungi, one may even be lucky enough to exit in another section. Use your creativity to discuss what you wolf finds here, it may even become a sub-board.
